This is awesome

When I first got this, I could only do 26 pushups. I just finished the whole program, and I can do 85 now. If youre thinking about getting it, do it now. My arms are also damn sexy because of this. :)

A piece of crap

Dont buy it its a waste of money cause you can either make your own log or get a different app. Its too confising too.

Disappointment

I bought this app because I didnt want to strap my phone to my arm everytime I did pushups (pushup fu) and the reviews of 100 pushups made it sound like it had too many bugs. I am now going to try one of these other pushup apps as Ipushup is horrible. Do not waste your time or money. If you got this app for free you would delete it within a week. The lack of instruction is mind boggling.

Decent

I myself am a powerlifter so I was skeptical at first. One thing to keep in mind is on the max set, go until you cant lift your body anymore. You will see your strength increase, theres no way it cant.

Great app does what it says.

The instructions are a little unclear on this app, but once you get it and follow them, youll have more upper body strength in the end.

Worth it

It definitely helped me go from weak to ripped ... To anyone reading this ITS WORTH IT

Shut up

This app is great. You dont need a timer. There is one on the phone already, theres nothing that says you cant go back to the app after you time yourself. I think its great!

useful for starters

I am in the army so I needed an app that would help me with improving on pushups. This app was great for improving your pushups with personalized workout plans for your fitness level. After doing it for several weeks I found myself going up by 20 pushups on the Army Physical Fitness Test. One major flaw: if you take a break and stop working out you cant really reset your plan to day one.

Pretty good but im not very good at pushups and I got better using this app. I wasnt able to do ten pushups but I kept at it and now I can almost do 125.

Great App

I have started doing this program and I am currently in week 2. I have already noticed a major difference in the amount of pushups I can do. The chart is also very helpful and following the program is very simple. An excellent choice for someone of average body type who wants to improve their fitness

This app is cool and legit. But how does the schedule thing work? Please answer!!! I cant even follow it!!! Waste of a dollar!!!

iPushup app - wrong schedule

The schedule for the iPushup app is not consistent with the schedule outlined by the original hundred pushup program. Use the website instead of wasting your money on this app.

Like it

Keeps ya on-track motivated. Do it every other day to give body a rest. Perhaps rest in weekends. Its easy to use. Take the test and use the column that u fit into. If u cant finish a day just skip it and it will stay on that day the next time u do it.

99 Cent Spreadsheet

This is really a pretty cheesy app with very little interactivity. You read the scanned in spreadsheet, find your column, and then enter your total. Nothing more. Kinda of boring with no visual appeal.

Simple but helpful

This app is simple but following the schedule works. Every workout I look at the new reps and I think that there is no way I can complete them. But I do. Took me a few tries to get off week 1 day 1, but havent had to repeat since then. This app probably wouldnt work for those who can do 30 or more pushups.

Decent but....

This is an exceptional app if it had more workout styles. Pushups only! Come on. Its pathetic. Not worth a nickel if it was worth a nickel
