Decent routine, but no analysis
This is really nothing more than a set of charts copied out of a fitness magazine, with some bells and whistles added. Max reps is tested after an entire routine when your spent? Also at 37 years old, even though my max counts are high, the routine is too aggressive in its increases from day to day.
